Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original condition, unworn and unused.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email boutique@sitrene.com with your order number. Once your email is received, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions for sending your item back free of charge.


Damages & Issues

We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to address any issues swiftly and ensure your satisfaction.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges. To exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above. Once your return has been shipped, you may proceed with placing a new order for the desired item or size.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we aim to inspect it within 1-2 business days. Upon approval, we will promptly initiate your refund to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been issued, at which point the amount should reflect in your bank account within a few additional days, depending on your bank or credit card provider’s processing time.
