Processing Time

Orders are prepared and dispatched the same day or the next business day. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

 

Delivery Estimates

Sitrène ships worldwide, offering complimentary standard shipping on European orders. Our shipping courier for European orders is DHL and delivery timeframes are 2 - 4 days, while for International orders we use UPS with delivery timeframes of 4 - 7 days.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information allowing you to monitor your parcel’s journey and expected delivery date.
